Processing and Delivery Time

Orders are generally processed and delivered within 5 to 7 working days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Charges

A standard shipping fee of PKR 250 applies to orders with a total value of PKR 2,000 or less.

Orders with a total value above PKR 2,000 qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including their name, phone number, and shipping address. Any delay or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information may result in additional delivery time or charges.

Order Tracking

Where tracking information is available, customers may receive their shipment tracking details once the order has been dispatched. Delivery updates may also be provided by the relevant courier service.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, peak shopping periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, provides incorrect information, or refuses to accept the package, additional arrangements or delivery charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.
